Farmhouse creamery La Tremblaye sits nestled between the fields and ponds of the Rambouillet, a forest county located west of Paris. Their herd of 150 Holstein cows feed off their many acres of oats, maize, straw, potato and alfalfa grown specifically for feed. Le Tremblaye does it all there at the farm: herd raising, feeding, milking and cheesemaking. They are the only French creamery that exports Farmhouse Brie and Camembert into the US! And we promise - you have never tasted such an unadulterated brie this side of the Atlantic. We are profoundly fortunate that our good friend and MOF Rodolphe le Meunier has hand picked the most exceptional wheels for your table.
