About Creme Brulee Preparation

Classic Crème Brûlée has never been easier thanks to Pastry 1’s one-step powder preparation. Simply combine heated milk, heavy cream and Crème Brûlée powder in a sauce-pan. Once it reaches a boil, pour into heat-resistant molds and refrigerate for 2 hours. That’s it! To serve, dust the top with sugar and either torch it or place it in asalamander oven to caramelize. Quality will never be neglected using Pastry 1’s Crème Brûlée preparation because the outcome is always consistent and delicious! To enhance the recipe you can include your favorite flavoring additives like fresh vanilla beans, coffee or coconut, or you can use it as an inclusion in cakes and desserts by just freezing it after refrigeration!
Ingredients: Sugar, modified starch, flavors (lactose), jelling agent E407, coloring matter E160a and E101, thickener E410,salt, acidity regulator E340, E332.
