Griottines® are produced in Fougerolles, France. The Oblachinska Morello cherries are grown exclusively in the Balkans and during the harvest, 500 million Morello cherries are hand-picked in just three weeks. Then follows a six-month period of successive macerations in liqueur until the cherries have fully absorbed all the flavors and are ready to eat! Perfect for cocktails, to garnish game dishes or of course in desserts!
