We’re thrilled to announce the addition of a new top-notch American Charcuterie producer to our line, Olympic Provisions from Oregon! One of their fantastic products is this Country Style pork pâté made with Oregon hazelnuts, house-cured bacon, spiked with Cognac, honey, and wrapped in caul fat. Carlton Farm pork is marinated for 4 days before it’s cooked in a water bath which ensures a tender and moist texture.
