We’re pleased to introduce Gelatech, our brand new line of imported gelato & pastry ingredients!
This new pistachio paste is made out of 70% Italian Kerman pistachios. Perfect for flavoring any mousse, ganache, entremets, ice cream or gelato naturally! Beautiful green color and clean taste.
Ingredients: Pistachios, roasted 70%, vegetable oil (shea oil, rapeseed oil, soy oil, partially hydrogenated palm oil in varying proportions), fully hydrogenated palm oil, salt, color: copper.
