Made in America following the timetested traditions of Italy’s norcini, Casella’s prosciutto are made using rare breed heritage pigs like Berkshire and Red Wattle. The slow, on-the-bone 15 months curing process follows the standards of the Italian prosciutto consortia: meat is juicy, marbled, delicate and nutty. Each ham is unique from the next, showcasing the subtle difference between breeds, farms, sizes and pigs.
At Casella’s, prosciutto = good pork, salt & time. It’s that simple.
