Made by the Portland-based meat geniuses that are Olympia Provisions, Sweetheart Ham is made from pork sirloin tip and soaked in a brine of juniper berries, fresh herbs, fresh garlic, and fresh onions for 10 days before being smoked over applewood for 9 hours.
Sweet, smoky & savory.
Ingredients: Pork, water, onion, brown sugar, white sugar. Less than 2% salt, sodium nitrite, garlic, spices, balsamic vinegar.
