About Agar Agar

Agar Agar is a gelifier used in making HOT gelatin preparations. Produced from Seaweed, it is vegetarian option great for fruit gelées, inserts for frozen entremets or even savory aspic.

To Use: Bring your liquid to boil while stirring and add up to 5% of Agar by weight. Pour into molds right away as it sets very quickly (caution: it cannot be re-melted).
