Azélia Milk 35% is one of the latest creations from Valrhona. Notes of chocolate and roasted hazelnuts mingle elegantly in the mouth to create a perfect harmony between chocolate, milk, and hazelnuts. Not considered a Gianduja—a gianduja requires a higher ratio of hazelnuts than the 13% present here—this is a milk chocolate with a wonderfully unique flavor profile. Ideal for nearly all applications including: mouse, molding, coating, ganache, ice cream, crémeux, sauce and much more.
Ingredients: Milk chocolate with hazelnuts (35% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa butter): sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, hazelnuts 13,6%, cocoa beans, dried skimmed milk, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract. May contain traces of egg proteins, gluten and peanut.
