Blake Hill Preserves is a fruit preservatory based in Windsor, Vermont, creating beautiful jams, marmalades and condiments. It‘s a family business owned by couple Vicky Allard and Joe Hanglin. They’ve worked hard to make sure their company is a force for good in the world, including ensuring their own environmental sustainability, minimum waste policies, buying local, and supporting community donation programs. Vicky grew up making homemade jam in England, and now combines three generations of preserve-making skills with innovative, elegant flavors, and exceptional ingredients. In the summer of 2009 a friend sneakily dropped off a jar of their homemade jam at a local shop and they got their first official order. Blake Hill Preserves was born, and since then has racked up an impressive assortment of awards.
