About Blinis

Blinis are traditional Russian and Ukrainian pancakes made from buckwheat flour and served most of the time with caviar, crème fraiche and other garnishes. Its roots trace back to ancient Slavic times. Also known as mini crêpes or blintzes. These are 1.6” diameter, the perfect finger food size, and come frozen, 16 blinis per pack.
