About Chorizo Navarre

This classic dry-cured chorizo, typical of Spain’s Navarre region, is made by Portland Oregon’s Olympic Provisions. Olympic freshly grinds sweet paprika, garlic & cayenne (never powder) and uses 100% edible hog casings that don’t need to be pealed & melt in your mouth. Out of the 14 chorizos originally debuted on their line, this is the one we chose — find out why.
Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, salt. Contains 2% or less of dextrose, garlic, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate, spices, lactic acid starter culture, water.
