About Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our house olive oil is blended from certified 100% extra virgin olive oil. We select the blend to ensure consistency and quality: 60% Picholine and 40% Chemlali. We aim for a rich, mouth coating body, low pungency, with a fruity aroma and buttery finish.
