Started in 2013 in Stephentown NY, Four Fat Fowl is truly a family run creamery. Willy Bridham makes these bloomy rinded cows milk cheeses. His wife, Shaleena, heads up sales, and his sister, Josie, does the books. All of their award winning cheeses are hand crafted from Jersey cows milk sourced from a nearby farm.
