Not all Chèvre is created equal! Most fresh cheeses on the market are made in large quantities and the curd is vacuum pumped and/or extruded which compromises both the texture and flavor of the product. Capriole’s chèvre is 100% HAND ladled into cheesecloth, drained overnight and then packaged. This traditional processing makes for a matchless fresh cheese.
