Wadaman is based in Osaka Prefecture and has been a sesame product manufacturer for more than 130 years. The fourth-generation owner, Etsuji Wada, has been personally roasting seeds six days a week for over four decades. Known as the best roaster in Japan, his skills produce sesame seeds with a delicate and nuanced flavor like none other.
