Landmark Creamery
United States
Anna Landmark is descended from eight generations of Swiss dairy farmers, but it wasn’t until 2013 that she left her career in nonprofit advocacy and launched Landmark Creamery. In 2024 she finally moved into her own dedicated facility, allowing her to make butter and cheese more frequently and scale up production as needed. Landmark Creamery is passionate about the local food and agriculture, and Anna is committed to working with farmers to build sustainable, family-run dairies that support the local economy in Southern Wisconsin. Her award winning butters are all made using pasture-grazed cow's milk.

As of 2026 Anna Landmark has temporarily paused all her sheep's milk cheesemaking in order to focus on making butter. She still makes Tallgrass Reserve in limited quantities. Tallgrass and her award winning butters are available by preorder.
