Meadow Creek Dairy has been making cheese since 1998 in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia. They are a grass based dairy, only making raw milk cheese while the cows are on pasture. They milk a mixed breed herd of Jersey, Normande, and Tarentaise cows, and create award winning cheeses while being amazing stewards to the land.
