Education is a central pillar of our mission. Whether that means answering all your questions about a product when you call us, or hosting an organized class at our warehouse, our staff is constantly learning, and we are committed to sharing what we know. We hold regular tastings and training events in our test kitchen and Education Center in Alhambra, as well as in our warehouse classroom in Novato. We also partner with local restaurants, cheese shops, wineries, and breweries to host educational events around town.
