About Raspberry Flavoring Paste

Made from fresh Raspberries cooked with sugar and lemon juice, this raspberry paste will surprise you, reminding you of Grandma’s homemade jam. Originally designed for gelato, this product is very versatile and can be used for many other applications: Flavored Ganache, layer in cakes, mousses, drizzled on ice cream, etc. Think Linzer cookies and your imagination will lead the way!
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, raspberries, blackberry juice concentrate, acidity regulators:citric acid, disodium diphosphate, tricalcium phosphate, coloring: elderberry extract, stabilizers: amidated pectin, locust bean gum, coloring: sulphite ammonia caramel, flavoring.
