This environment provides ample space for the sturgeon to grow, feed, and thrive undisturbed. They don’t use any growth hormones, GMOs, or antibiotics, so there is no pharmaceutical pollution released into the environment from their fish farms. Sturia caviar is sold all over the world and in many Michelin Star restaurants. The caviar is lightly salted compared to many other brands, which releases all of its long hazelnut flavors on your palate.
