Taggiasca Olives - Fresh

Cailletier is a family of Italian olives characterized by its small ovoid shape and rich flavorful flesh. Taggiasca shares this family with the Nicoise olive, but boasts more of a firm fleshy bite, discreet fruity flavor, mild buttery mouth feel and a bitter finish that’s typical of the time-honored black olive.
