With quality as their top priority, Scalia employs local Sciacca woman that use specific ancient handcrafting techniques rekindling traditional methods. These white anchovies are marinated in a white wine vinegar and sunflower oil. They are meatier, juicier and more delicately flavored than their salted or oil-packed peers.
Ingredients: Anchovy fillets, sunflower oil, white wine vinegar (wine vinegar, water; contains sulfur dioxide), salt, spices, garlic powder, citric acid.
