ABOUT US
We are an independent specialty food distribution based in Los Angeles, California serving the restaurant and hospitality industry. We were founded in 1989 by Nicole Grandjean and are run today, by her son, Steven Grandjean & a dedicated staff. We are direct importers for many of the items we sell. We endeavor to work as much as possible with small, independent & artisan producers. People that understand that Food Matters. Ingredients Matter. We also work closely with many American Artisan producers.
PRICING
Our wholesale pricing is based on frequency of purchase and/or volume. We do not have a "standard" price-list, but we will happily provided you with a quote on any items of interest.
MINIMUM ORDER
We have a minimum order of $350 per delivery in the greater Los Angeles area & $450 beyond.
ORDERING
Once account is approved orders may be placed via email, text, or on the phone - we love speaking to our customers! Sorry, online ordering is not yet available).
DELIVERY
We deliver to qualifying customers with our fleet of trucks in the greater Los Angeles area. If you are out of state or outside our delivery area, we can ship your order to you (see details below).
SHIPPING
Outside our delivery area, we ship via FedEx as well as other 3rd party carriers. Due to the large volume of shipping we do, we have highly-discounted shipping rates that we gladly pass along to our customers. Because of the perishable nature of most of our products, perishable items ship to arrive overnight. All other items can ship ground. Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight shipped. Please speak with a rep for further information or to request a shipping quote.
PAYMENT
Qualifying local customers may apply for open credit terms. Out-of-state and other non-qualifying customers will require a credit card for purchases.
APPLYING
Below are some basic qualification guidelines. You are required to:
- Provide a valid Federal Tax ID
- Be a company in the restaurant, retail food and/or hospitality industry.
- Operate from a commercial location - sorry, we cannot deliver or ship wholesale orders to residential locations.
