About Blueberry Yuzu Compote

Created by Christophe Michalak exclusively for Ravifruit, this fruit compoté combines practicality and quality: ready-to use and rich in fruit pieces this blueberry compoté has a touch of yuzu juice which gives it a refreshing acidity. Perfect for Macaron fillings, tart and cake bases, verrines, fruit crème brûlée, accompaniment to yoghurt, marbling ice cream and sorbet... For some applications (macarons and cake filling) add 16g of gelatine sheets for 1 kg of compoté for thicker texture.
