Sel Gris de Guerande Moulu - Fine

Sel de Guérande, from Brittany, France isa grey salt hand-harvested by “paludiers”, or salt workers, according to a traditional method dating back thousands of years. Guérande salt is available in coarse or fine grind and is naturally grey because it crystallizes in contact with the clay from which it takes its trace elements. Its higher minerality results in a stronger more complex flavor than other salts; its salinity is more oceanic. Simply dried and ground, this artisanal salt is unwashed, unrefined and additive free. If salt is the foundation to flavor then this is essential.
