About Morcilla De Bellota Iberico

This dry-cured blood sausage is made in the Valle de los Pedroches, known for its Encina oak trees, which yield acorns considered to be the sweetest in Spain. The 100% Ibérico pigs feed on the acorns for the last few months of their lives, contributing to the sweet, nutty, juiciness of the meat.
